My Story
Developed an early interest in sustainability and the interconnection between human behaviour, industry, and the environment.
At the same time, I built a creative foundation through fashion and visual expression, shaping a lasting interest in the link between aesthetics, consumption, and impact.
Pursued an interdisciplinary degree in sustainability at Leiden University, with a focus on environmental systems, policy, and innovation.
Specialised in fashion and textile research, studying supply chains, materials, and consumption models to identify ways to reduce environmental impact.
Began in sustainability consulting at SERES Foundation and QUIERO consultancy, then moved to Marktplaats, where I worked on circular economy initiatives within a large digital platform and helped establish the company's first sustainability strategy.
Led multi-stakeholder projects across internal teams, external partners, and public actors, building a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution. Transitioned into product management to move from strategy into execution, focusing on solutions that directly shape user behaviour.
Owned user flows and contributed to feature development in the buyer domain, leading end-to-end initiatives from ideation through launch.
Today, I work at the intersection of product and stakeholder engagement, bringing structure to ambiguity and aligning teams around impactful outcomes.
I am looking to deepen my impact in the fashion and textile industry, where sustainability, innovation, and collaboration can accelerate systemic change.
